How it works

It’s simple, follow the steps below depending on which service you decide to go with:

DIY Documents

1. Select the document you require and click “More info”
2. Select the ‘DIY’ option and then “Get started”
3. Complete the simple online questionnaire about your case
4. LEGAL365.com will then create a safe, secure, unique document for you
5. Once you are happy with the document and it is complete click ‘Buy’ then ‘Add to basket’ or click save if you wish to save your answers to review at a later stage
6. If you have a promotional code enter the code in the box provided at the basket and then proceed to the checkout to complete the purchase
7. Once completed, your document can be found in “My services” ready to print off and use. If your document requires any further steps (i.e. how to sign and validate your document, file with Court etc), there will either be guidance notes attached to the document or you will receive an email from us providing you with instructions on what to do next

Lawyer Reviewed Documents

1. Select the pack you require and click  “More info”
2. Select the ‘Lawyer review’ option and then “Get started”
3. Complete the simple online questionnaire about your case
4. LEGAL365.com will then create a safe, secure, unique document for you
5. Once you are happy with the document and it is complete click ‘Buy’ then ‘Add to basket’ or click save if you wish to save your answers to review at a later stage
6. If you have a promotional code enter the code in the box provided at the basket and then proceed to the checkout to complete the purchase
7. When you are ready for the document to be reviewed by one of our legal representatives go to the ‘My services” section and click to send the document for review
8. A lawyer at LEGAL365.com will then review your answers and send the document back to you within 5 working days together with instructions on what to do next. You will be notified by email when your document has been reviewed and returned

Document Packs

1. Select the document you require and click  “More info”
2. Select either ‘Lawyer review’ or ‘DIY’ (if applicable) and then “Get started”
3. Click on the first document you would like to use and complete the simple online questionnaire
4. LEGAL365.com will then create a safe, secure, unique document for you (You can save or buy the pack at anytime by either registering or logging into the site)
5. Once you are happy with the document and it is complete click ‘Buy’ then ‘Add to basket’ or click save if you wish to save your answers to review at a later stage
6. If you have a promotional code enter the code in the box provided at the basket and then proceed to the checkout to complete the purchase
7. If you selected ‘Lawyer review’ when you are ready for the document to be reviewed by one of our legal representatives go to the ‘My services’ section and click to send the document for review
8. A lawyer at LEGAL365.com will then review your answers and send the document back to you within 5 working days together with instructions on what to do next
9. You will be notified by email when your document has been reviewed and returned
10. You will be able to use the other documents within the pack in the same way by logging into the site and going to the ‘My services – My documents’ section
